DMV Hearing won! The DMV set aside clients suspension (March 2013)

After a telephonic DMV hearing, the DMV set a side our clients DMV suspension from a DUI. Mr. Corbett was able to successfully argue the case to the DMV. And the DMV did not meet the burden to suspend the case.

Serna Motion- Lack of Speedy Trial- 2nd Offense DUI (February 2013)

Our client was not brought to court in a timely matter, so we filed the appropriate motion and the judge granted our request to dismiss the case. The client did not have to pay the $2500 fine. He did not have to do the 18 month multiple conviction program. And most importantly he did not have to go to jail.

Facing a felony strike and up to 3 years in state prison. Mr. Corbett was able to get the case dismissed at the Preliminary (evidentiary) Hearing.
